Ok, hands up… I’m crazy about Instagram!
I have spent over 12 years in communications, working first in the City for PR agency Weber Shandwick and then with two different charities in corporate fundraising.
While taking some time off to have children I completed two extensive property renovations and fell in love with Instagram! Realising what a powerful platform it had become for businesses, I trained with Digital Mums in 2019 and then the award-winning TechPixies in 2020, adding social media to my skillbase.
What makes me different?
There are lots of people that can help with your social media, but having someone that understands your sector is invaluable. Always passionate about interiors and a graduate of the English Gardening School, I now specialise in helping brands and accounts in the homes and gardens space.

Specialist sector knowledge means I live and breathe homes and gardens accounts on Instagram. I am across the trends and understand the particular challenges in your space. If you’re struggling to find the right hashtags to use, how to stand out from the competition, how to make reels that resonate with your audience, or which influencers to reach out to… I’m here to help and I speak your language!
Reels specialist
In 2021 I founded Reels Rockstars with Andie McDowell and since then we’ve helped over 1000 accounts to master Instagram’s short-form video content, Instagram Reels. We’ve hosted In-person Reels Workshops across the UK teaching businesses (both big and small), lifestyle bloggers, high street brands and celebrities how to master reels.
After lots of requests, we took that experience online so we could help accounts no matter where in the world they are and we’ve since run two Online Reels Courses which sold out in days!
Then in 2022 we rolled out our Reels Rockstar Membership to help our students who were creating reels (but didn’t want to spend hours searching for the latest trends) with a brilliant membership to save them time and energy!
Reels work for all accounts (we’ve worked with every type of business from ceramic artists to charities to high street retailers and therapists) - you just need to know how to create them and how to use them strategically.
As well as online courses and workshops I offer one-to-one bespoke reels coaching either in SW London or over Zoom.
